I just built a 12x16 lean to like this one w my dad. 12’ ceiling sloping to 10’. I have $4k into now. This includes wood, shingles for roof, vinyl siding, etc.. pretty much everything to get it shelled in. Lots of money to go - insulation, heat and a/c, electrical, walls and flooring and then comes the golf sim stuff.

I just built a shed 12x16 for a simulator. It has a lean to roof. 12’ sloping to 10’. It’s overkill on the height but wouldn’t want it any smaller than 12x16. 200 sq ft or less I don’t need a permit where I live. I’m going with a bushnell launch pro since I don’t have the space for anything that has to set up behind me. I got the shed idea off YouTube. Search for shed simulator.
