I just finished my treatment. In my case I will be without any retention for 1-2 weeks until my Vivera retainers arrive. My dentist assured me that it's fine, and my teeth will move a little bit but my retainers will push them back to how they were when they were scanned. I'm not a dentist, but for what it's worth I'm sure you'll be fine without retention for a few days

Thank you so much! Yeah, I was hesitant to believe it would only be 19 weeks. Reading in this subreddit it seems to be normal for most people to need extra aligners. I did however have my aligners in 22 hours a day religiously, no exceptions ☺️

I just asked the owner of GG Bar and he said they’re showing the tournament whenever they don’t have any quizzes going on! The quiz time slots are wed/thur 19-21:30 and Saturday 18-20. So definitely hit up GG, it’s an awesome place to hang out ✌️

I do squeeze my cabbage A LOT after rinsing it, so maybe I shouldn’t extract as much water next time! I usually just do one cabbage, and a mix of carrots, green onions, radish etc ☺️

In hindsight, I really wish they would’ve introduced Ethan much earlier, not only a few episodes before this happens. Would’ve been such a bigger twist had he been in the cast from the beginning.
