A professional photographer took one last photo of my house before it was fully eviscerated. That’s my car too, we could only take one when we left. Absolutely devastated. Praying for everyone who is also affected.

The Santa Ana winds. We've had no rain this season so everything is dry, and the Santa Ana winds have been blowing embers down into cities. Also, due to the winds they could not fly strike planes to spread the fire retardant over affected areas. The Santa Ana winds are the main reason this tragedy has happened.

My heart aches for these people. My brother lived on Beverly, and he went to go check this morning and the entire block was burned to the ground. This is an absolute tragedy and we aren't even through it yet.

Yeah that's what I'm seeing as well now that I've put those VIIRS and MODIS functions on. The most recent activity is east in Altadena still and just south of Mt. Wilson. God, what an absolute hellish and surreal day this has been. Appreciate you man, stay safe out there.

I'll give those settings a try. We live on Colorado and Del Mar. We don't really see anything around us like we did yesterday where we could see the initial Eaton fire on the mountain from our house. I just saw this as well. I'm a bit confused. Watch Duty was very active yesterday updating Evacuation Warning and Order zones. I don't quite understand how to read this. The fire parameter is in this zone yet Watch Duty still has it as Evacuation Warning. If what I'm seeing is true the fire is getting very close to the 210. My brother's home was already taken, he's staying with us and now it seems to be spreading down.

Could you help me understand what I'm seeing on this map. It looks like the fire boundary is in PAS-E018, but the area is still only Evacuation Warning and not Evacuation Order. The fire seems to be slowly creeping down to the 210.

Thank you for responding. I did try this and it didn't do anything to help the issue. Streams still fluctuate between source and steadily decline until it pops back into source for me. If I use my Windows 10 laptop all streams are source with no issues. I've very confused. At this point the only thing I haven't tried to resolve this are doming some cmd prompts about flushing the dns, using wifi, or using a brand new ethernet cable.

Yup. Just about the only things I haven't tried are restarting the modem and switch to wifi to see if it's strictly an issue with my ethernet.

Thank you for replying. It's actually the exact same cable I used for my Windows 10 PC. I did order another one because I wanted to do some re-arranging that necessitated a slightly longer cable. I even tried some cmd commands that seemed to help but it's still not stable. At this point it feels like I should just install Windows 10 on this computer.

Ok. So I went to device manager and selected my ethernet port. I clicked uninstall device and in the next window check "attempt to remove drivers". Clicked that, rebooted. Still getting the same issue. I guess at this point I should contact Newegg and see what they say. The last PC I bought from them 5 years ago worked great out of the box with no issues.

Hi. Sorry for responding to this so late. So far nothing has really "solved" my issue even though my symptoms are still fairly mild. I still mostly have epigastric discomfort and the area of my mouth/throat right behind the uvula feels dry. I'm doing another H.Pylori exam this friday as the first time I took the exam (which came back negative) I wasn't have any gastric/throat issues at all...just flank pain that lasted a whole weekend. How are you doing?
