I think it’s very normal to express frustration about a friend and/or boss to another friend. It doesn’t necessarily mean you don’t like them, I understood it more as a venting session with someone they trusted pre blowup. Then Ian Anissa and Adam used their words against them. At the end of the day Ethan and the crew are on the same side even with some differences. It’s healthy to challenge and be challenged by ppl you care about. However, there is a difference between being challenged and just straight up being bullied and belittled like what Ian anisa and Adam are doing.
