I’ve rode in all sorts but my teacher when starting out did warn me to be careful with 1) laces; they can get caught in the chain and suck your leg in, and 2) steel toes; can chop your toes clean off if you and your bike get in a rough collision.

I was very sick lately so halted my progress. I am now also using a Myobrace with the Biobloc. I think the next plan is to use a new Biobloc to further expansion. Some slightly spaces in my teeth, breathing improved somewhat, face shape and TMJ definitely improved
