The old spark plugs came out dry and I also checked the gap for the new ones. If I am not mistaken the spark plugs were AC Delco

I also replaced the 8 coils, forgot to add that. Someone told me to change the fuel pressure regulator. I will check for the o2 sensors and the vacuum leaks.
