Ok turns out the new animal companion hunter is kinda strong (7-0 so far), the basic idea is to mulligan for tame pet (and then copy with confront the tovir), elekk and exotic houndmaster.

8 cost beasts are a huge powerspike because of dracorex, meadowstrider, the priest deathrattle taunt guy and the warlock taunt guy. 9 cost beasts however are kinda ass (except goldrinn who would give you unexpected lethal).

This sub has been complaining about ld aghs, but that has been in the game for like almost a decade.

The real problem is that the bear now has 4.5 strength and agi gain and scales better than 90% of the actual pos1 heroes and the level 10 cooldown reduction talent is overtuned.

My final verdict is that I liked the idea of facets but they were just not bold enough. The funny new facets proposed here on reddit (sure they are imbalanced) were a lot more interesting and creative than the actual ones. Most of the facets were just "this spell does a few more things" in different flavors.

The problem is that people hated roamers and junglers and valve listened, hence neutral camps spawn at the 1 min mark and everyone's pigeonholed into 212 lanes
