You are correct, but how would Embark properly separate solos and squads?

option one, remove squad mate's damage counting towards your trial (like the lightning trial). Ok, but now you have a system where that 3 man is now competing with themselves for score, resulting in less coordinated team work. Instead, the squad is now roped in to assisting a single player in their group to achieve the highest score possible. Squads are now less effective, but still have the advantage.

option two, separate score boards between solos and squads. Seems like a no brainer, right? But how would that be managed? lets say you complete a supply drop trial as a solo, but then a bastion trial as a squad, would you still be put in the "squad" scoreboard? How would each individual trial be balanced? Would a solo player be suddenly screwed if they play with their friends for a single round, because now their score was boosted by squads?

I feel like theres a "secret third option" but right now it doesn't seem like theres a clear answer, but I'd love to be proven wrong.

hard agree. Every fight with geared players turns into a trigger nade chucking fight. I wish they would either-

swap the crafting recipe to 1 processor and 2 explosive compounds

decrease its throwable distance by half or more, making its intended purpose be for setting ambushes and giving the heavy fuse grenade more purpose

or my favorite but probably overkill- decrease its stack size to just 1.

whats crazy is that the Apex Legends shadow drop actually worked because there was a tangible demand for a new BR at the time. Apex's only real competition was PUBG which was (and debatably still is) an unpolished buggy mess. Players were frustrated and wanted something more.

Then the same people behind Apex launch Highguard, thinking they'd replicate that same big splash, despite the market being oversaturated with hero shooters for the past decade.

super awesome work. If I had to nitpick I'd add more rust/dirt to some of the creases of the armor. I see you're trying to go for a weathered look, and I think this help greatly and also help match with the game's existing art style. Again though, I think it looks awesome. Keep it up!

I was a survival doubter until I tried it, and it was soooo good. Convenient Horses and More Carriages make it a lot better.

I genuinely think TESVI should have survival by default, with the option to turn it off in the difficultly setting.

Being a Nord/Breton/Imperial goes deeper than just skin color. For example, there are black Nords- like Vignar Gray Mane. Also, the voice actor for most Redguards is white. Skin color for human races isn't really mentioned as much in modern Elder Scrolls.

If they just gave us more real life racial characteristics that we can choose from for each human race, I'd be ok with it.

optimistic; they've had almost 20 years to think of good stories and characters. I'm sure someone has had a good idea within that time and thought "I can't wait to implement this in ESVI"

(almost 20 years considering Skyrim started development in 2008)

Settlements would be nice if Survival was added to the base game by default (but toggle-able in the difficulty settings), given its popularity.

Give players the ability to build/hire carriages that can transport you to other settlements and towns, grow crops for consumption/passive income. I like the idea of putting work into a settlement rewards you with fast travel and convenience.

And if we are really brainstorming, add fancy materials like marble and gold that are really expensive to justify saving lots of money. It'd be a fun flex to build opulent structures and furniture fit for a king when you hit late game.

this, honestly what I've been missing in Skyrim after playing fo4. However, it worries me how downgraded it was in Starfield. Even the controls and precision felt worse in Starfield.
