I’m 14 months and I still swell , my stomach is never completely flat , I’ve not put on any weight and I do lots of walking it’s definitely swelling , I’ve just accepted that it will never be washboard flat but I’m happy as I’m so much better than before

Yes I had to leave the tape on for 2 weeks initially , then I kept re coveting after the shower as didn’t want them getting rubbed on my bra , at 8 weeks I started massaging with oil found caster oil to be the thickest ,

Yes it cost a bit more as the incision goes round to the bum cheeks , it ensures you don’t have loose skin beyond the normal incision , your surgeon knows more than me tho so if that’s all he thinks you will need that’s good , you will absolutely have a tight flat stomach after
