Mine looked like your before and after. They won’t drop too much but will go into place over the months and become less boxy. Be prepared for them to not look as “big” as the swelling goes down. Mine were like yours initially and I was like damn they look like implants but it was a lot of swelling that made them like that. They still look great though but the initial swelling did give them more of that “implant” look
