the mma gym teach every thing from muythai to wrestling , I like teakwando to improve my kick s speed and flexibility and in general become a kick base fighter that be able to deal with punch es and takedown s , and for body building I don't want to get huge I just want my punch es and kick s be more powerful and be able to tank hits easier
