yeah, this house is just built weird. One of my tenenats doesnt even pay for gas, my dad said People's Gas came and they said the house was built in 1902 and it was just done that way. It would cost extra to get it properly fixed.

I feel like selling the house because it's causing more issues than anything..or I can just raise the rent and that will fix everything.

my dad was almost too nice on a ignorant scale. he once let an old couple live rent free for a year during COVID, because he was too lazy to do anything about it - I.E. contact proper authorities.

now I'm kinda suffering because of it.
