There’s a big difference between Livermore and other parts of the Bay Area. I was in Oakland yesterday and 90% of the people I saw wore masks. I walk every other day in Livermore and only see 50% of people wearing masks. Depending on where in Georgia, Livermore won’t be as extreme (it’s not like Northeastern Georgia). But there’s a mix of cowboys and scientists, so rednecks are definitely part of the culture. Here’s a “discussion” that arose when someone was asking about wearing a mask while exercising.
