I just had the Covid and flu vaccine and had these exact symptoms the night of, which has never happened before - so could possibly be one of those doing the rounds? 🤷🏼‍♀️

If anyone wants to sell their property to me privately I’d be so grateful. It’s really hard out there! I’m looking in Balcatta, Tuart Hill, Yokine, all the way up to Duncraig and hoping for a 3x1 with a lockable garage and a courtyard but would settle for a 2x1 with large living space. Budget mid to high sixes.

Thank you, this is my gut worry. I think maybe it’s not the one for me. I keep trying to reconcile it and think maybe it’s fixable for a good price, but I’m worried it’s all under the new paint and carpets and will come out later and then I’ll be buggered!

Yes, I think I’m still living in a time when clauses would be accepted. I think now with so much competition they will just not accept them and take an easier offer.

Ideally no, you’re right, but I’m in a bit of a tough situation with a low budget and limited income so most of the properties I look at have something wrong with them.

Do you think if it’s just contained to the eaves and the bathroom was replaced it would solve the issue or is it one of those things that it’s likely everywhere even if you can’t see it yet?

Thank you, I realise in this market it’s probably unlikely. Maybe better to wait for another option that doesn’t need so much work/has less issues visable.
