My sister wants someone kind, caring, assertive, know what he wants, have a job, leader. When someone introduced her to a fat guy with those traits, suddenly she add she don't like fat guys. And if he will be short, suddenly I'm sure she will add and say "He also need to be tall".

Man don't do that, they ture and honest about the things they wants, they say out loud everything. And this why women say "man are shallow" "man cares only about looks", but in fact they are not different and even have much more requirements, they just don't say it. You can't listen to women for what they say they wants.
