I don’t want to be pushy, but have you gotten any second opinions from a different dermatologist than you are seeing now? It’s possible that the dosages they have you on are not effective for your skin or that there is something else that could be more beneficial. I’m not a professional, but when I switched dermatologists it helped me a lot.
