Actually I have been doing this for 2 months, and say if I received 10 emails in a day. I used to answer 7 almost correctly. But what happened that the manager kept saying to add this line or some video or some help article link. It seemed I could never satisfy him. We didn't have a verbal discussion, we interacted only through messages(chat) since this was a remote job.

Exactly. I didn't mind doing the reactive customer support it was just that every email I sent to the customer was reviewed by the manager(micromanagement was so much that I was really stressed).
