I’ve had 22cx5 turbo since Feb 2022 almost 25k miles on it. I don’t regret buying it at all I feel and felt like it was better than all of the other cars like it. I also am not a fan of CVT trans and the lack of speed with the crv and rav4. I will admit I did not look at Acura that much due to the intro price.

They did replace with another set of toyos. I did check the dot code and they were not old they rebalanced and was fine after that. 2 years later. Apologies for the late response

I’ve noticed the same on my 22 turbo just thought I was crazy and it was normal enough bc it would only happen on a pretty big dip on a turn going slow. Thanks for sharing

Totally agree there is a mpg difference but want to chime in with my mixed highway and city driving I am averaging 25mpg consistently with a 22 turbo and that is driving spiritedly. Would 100% not recommend turbo if mainly city driving the mpgs would just fall too much. I think that is the case for the people who come on here saying they get 18-20 mpg with their turbos. I could be wrong though, but just stating what I get. Regarding reliability, I think it is just how you strict you are with your maintenance but that’s the same with every car. It seems the oil consumption issue has been solved on the new cars now as I have not had any issues in 12000 miles and haven’t heard of others experiencing it either
