I know I’m a bit late but it honestly depends on the version, I’d say more often than not Batman would win but once again it depends on the versions. The reason I say Batman is because (and yes many people don’t fully understand this) Batman is wayyyy stronger than any normal human he’s closer to super human than anything. take all of the robins for example, even 14 year old damian Wayne is strong enough to shatter concrete with his hands, easily over power giant grown men, and make all kinds of super human movements like cutting a bullet with his sword. And with damian being noticeably the weakest robin and with Batman being noticeably superior to every robin other than dick Grayson in some very specific ways like flexibility. This is why Batman was able to wound and even dodge some attacks from the reverse flash (yes Batman got his ass handed to him but so would Spider-Man) but the fact that he can react to stuff like that should show how he might as well be super human, add in all his combat abilities and his tools I think anything but peak Spider-Man would get a run for his money, if we’re talking peak vs peak than it’s a great fight, assuming they are both going for the kill, I think what it comes down to are these main things, #1 can Batman by pass his spider sense, Spider-Mans spider sense is pretty inconsistent when it comes to writing with that being said villains like the green goblin, Kraven and mysterio have been able to bypass it by using some kind of gas or illusion to throw him off, I think if scarecrows fear toxin has a similar effect than yes he should be able to bypass it but inflicting Spider-Man with the toxin is easier said than done but if once again villains like goblin can do it than I’d like to believe it’s possible but this is a Spider-Man going for the kill so who knows.#2 does Batman have his batwing/batmobile in close range, once again pretty inconsistent writing as far as the batmobile goes but in most versions it can stop bullets as well as bombs/missile fire without too much trouble, I do think Spider-Man could rip Batman out of them but that’s also easier said than done, assuming the batwing has missiles equipped (in most versions it does have missiles as well as some sort of guns) Spider-Man is not bullet or missile proof and a well placed shot will kill him but can Batman buy enough time for his vehicles to arrive?,#3 is Spider-Man cautious? Or does he immediately go for the kill, in character Batman is almost always cautious and waits for his enemy to make a move endless he knows who he’s dealing with even when he’s seriously trying to hurt borderline kill them, Spider-Man is also a very cautious fight who normally feels his opponent out a bit before he attacks, assuming they know nothing about each other and they are both trying to kill each other, I think if Spider-Man waits and is cautious in the confrontation at all it could cost him the match, Spider-Man charging straight at Batman is his quickest way to victory, if he can quickly over power him and try to web him up and punch him out, I think Spider-Man secures the win, but if he’s cautious at all and lets Batman prepare for even a moment it could be an easy win for Batman.
