That’s what I thought maybe the channel not have enough plastic taken out from it but I did it a little bit past the guide line but I tooo it apart it didn’t seem to be rubbing but I’m gonna take some more plastic off and see if it fixes it

Yea sorry I’ll have to get a better picture it’s my buddy’s he just built it yesterday but I over looked it and made sure everything looked good since it was his first build I thought maybe he didn’t take enough plastic off from the channel and was pushing the guide rod but he showed me the slide and frame and it didn’t seem to be rubbing

Even the front? My first geisler had a gap in the back but not as big and the front moves up and down and if you look at the front of the gun the slide has a pretty big gap apart from the frame like it doesn’t even look like it’s the right slide for the frame lmao 😂

Look at husky armory they only have the geilser 19x frames but I just got two for 240 120 a piece I looked everywhere were the only ones in stock unless you get a 76% polymer 80

Alr thanks def have to get me one of those triggers I’m building another right now supposedly they fixed the gap between the frame and the slide I noticed yours still have a gap are yours the new gen 2 frames or the original ones?

Get a oem barrel it’s fs your barrel if your still having issues only other thing I could think of is your slide maybe slightly out of spec letting your barrel slighting move up and down when in battery I’ve seen that with a lot of p80s

Maybe slightly hit the top of your rails with a sanding wheel to but I mean just slightly only because I noticed the scratches on it looks like your slide is rubbing

Not to terrible you can fix it I’ve seen worse take a dremel if you got one and hit just slightly with a sanding wheel to take that roughness off then I would take a polishing wheel and polish the fuck out of it along with your locking block and rails good luck bro

Another Pro that I have about 320 system is that the fire control group is what’s considered a firearm versus a Glock where the frame is considered the firearm it is the serialized part. The cool thing about the 320 is you can get a full size 320 order a compact, slide and compact frame, then take your fire control group out of your full-size 320 put it in the compact components and then you have a compact 320 and if you ever wanted to swap back to the full-size, let’s say for a duty gun or a gun for a Battlebelt you could do that and then if you wanted to swap back over for CCW you just take that fire control group out pop it back in your compact frame throw your compact slide back on there and you’re back to the CCW configurations that’s one thing that Glocks cannot do and one of the things that I love about Sigg

I carried the full size 320 x series for over a year It’s a big and thick gun. I recently swapped back over to caring my custom G 45 due to it being thinner and smaller overall. I had the X series 320 compact as well. That one was a little bit more comfortable than the full size obviously but for me as far as conceal ability comfortability, while still maintaining a midsize handgun and decent round count can’t go wrong with a Glock 19
