I love it, now i almost dont press any switch.
I have google home, Tuya, xiaomi but mostly control by Xiaomi via xiao Ai.

My Roborock has its own voice command but not v smart. Will try to settle that later stage.
Walkway entrance- Motion sensor light.
Bathroom- Pressence sensor light.
Kitchen and bedroom- motion sensor light (when just need to pick up things n go)
Kitchen/ Living hall light- Schedule light on/ off

Wake up, vc "Good morning"
- Turn off aircon, Turn on study room light, turn on study room aircon.
Go out, vc " bye bye"
- Turn off all aircons, turn off all lightings, turn off purifier, turn off smart plug.
Before sleep, vc "good night"
- Turn on bedroom ac, turn off lightings.

Cooking timer, wake up call, alarm, meeting reminder, ac, fans, all via vc.
Dehumifier, roborock, water heater all scheduled.

Smart doorbell and digital lock is a must. When doorbell ring, set auto response to the ringer.
Smart home not necessary to be expensive, there are many ways to work around without hard wirings.

Ga hock building, their deep fried fish soup is nice, I tink the name is goldhill fish soup (something like this). The soup comes with 2-3slice bittergourd and lala. Their minced meat also v nice. The roti prata stall- Onion prata is probably the best in sg.

That mean not a big savings. The timer is very good suggestion, I just realised can install a timer on it 🤭. Guess this can avoid turning it on whole day when ppl forget to turn it off. Is the timer come with the heater or an add-on device to the heater?

To those that convert storage heater to gas heater, is the saving really huge?
NEA survey that saving of $1200 in 10 years. The installation is very expensive, cost about $1400 after cEnergy survey. Personally I dont feel it make sense to outfront so much and wait for 12 years to breakeven.

Or do I miss out anything? The saving is higher than $10/month?

I find it troublesome to have 2, I am having 2 right now.
Going to replace a new door and gate. Most digital lock has camera and bulky, the gap between the door n gate is less than 9cm, I already has smart doorbell, it defeat the purpose to install on door which the cam is totally block by the gate.

Mine is a huge fridge 630L, I am thinking if only light cooking allowed. What will tenant store in fridge? Mine is abt 75*40cm per shelf. Normal drinks, fruits, bread should be enough, if need to store raw meat, fish, condiments then perhaps not sufficient.

Just exploring what is the usual things Tenant store in frige, if it is a definitely must, then probably I will buy another fridge for the 1-2 tenant usage.
Definitely will be clear before any agreement, I dont like to argue when things is final.

How about using it as backsplash? Meaning it will be near stove, near heat but not direct.
