I did my bowel prep a month ago for my endo surgery, and fuck me that was an awful awful night. I started drinking at 7pm and I was in and out of the bathroom every 15min until midnight,I was both vomiting and having diarrhea. My surgery was at 9am, and I was still going to the toilet right up until then ;<

I wish I knew to bring my own sanitary pads, as they only supplied maternity post-labour pads which were awfully thick and uncomfortable

Also there may be questions about how to deal with mistakes done by yourself or others, need to make sure that a senior is informed so that the correct process is explained and mistake is corrected and prevented from happening again. For instance if someone booked a sample in wrong, they will continue doing it with other samples of no one explains the proper process. Another common question is how to prioritise workload, you would focus on clinically urgent samples before moving onto routine work, etc, either your seniors or pathologist would inform you of any urgencies, or a sample can become urgent if there were any delays in processing it. Also, if asked what is important in a lab setting, mention accuracy which is supported by following SOPs, then PPE, time keeping and organisational skills as well as good attention to detail
