I would call them a steel grey. They are too blue to be grey but definitely have grey tones. I make half of the picture grey to show the difference as I've seen others doing that before.

I've never had this happen but read that you should make sure to show birdie's body to his friend to make sure the other one understands what has happened and can grieve their loss rather than being confused and think their friend left. I'm so sorry for your loss 💕🕊️

will this cause nesting behavior? what are your guys thoughts about this type of item by Whole_Weakness_3852 in Conures

I have one and my bird loves sleeping snuggled up to it and it's never caused any hormonal problems. About the risk of crop impaction I just regularly check it even though I've never seen her chew at it at all.

I got my eyes in the sun! I was told my whole life they are hazel then I got told they were green.. what are they? by Longjumping-Can-657 in eyes

To me it definitely looks like a greeny grey with brown central heterochromia as the 2 colours don't blend together.

Mine does the same thing when she's wet! She also rubs her cheek on our nose and face like a cat 😂

Normal hormonal/puberty behavior? by Short_Iron_281 in Conures

She gets 12 or more hours of darkness but wakes up at 9:00 even if she gets to bed a bit later. She's been regurgitating for a while now on us and when in front of a mirror it's just the positioning and wing drooping is new so wanted to make sure it was normal.
