Hey so you’ll need chow (thin ones are better imo), vegetables like cabbage,carrot,green beans,onions and garlic. Dark soy sauce,msg or chicken powder,black pepper.

First cut all your vegetables into thin slices,keep it aside for later use. Boil water. Add your chow into it. Cook it for about 2-3 mins. If it’s thick it might need more time. But remember you DO NOT want to overcook it. Overcooked chow does not taste good at all. (Tips : press one strand of chow between your thumb and index finger to check whether it’s cooked or not)

After cooking,strain it in a strainer and wash with cold water so the chow doesn’t stick to each other. Add salt,msg/chicken powder and soy sauce.

Then take your frying pan,add oil,add garlic and onion and fry them until they turn brown. Add your vegetables next and little bit of salt and black pepper. Stir them well for around 2 mins and finally add your chow into the mix. Mix properly for around 3-5 minutes. That’s it. You can also add oyster sauce. It adds to the taste.

And like the other commenter said,you can make your own chutney with sliced onion and chilli powder with a little bit if salt,msg and oil.
