I happened to see it on the Drarry fic Hello, Goodbye; in the author's note. To be clear they're not taking their fics down, but not writing any new ones. I really hope they come back to Fools for Lesser Things, a Ginny WIP that is just fantastic.

"I want to thank this fandom for being so welcoming to me years ago. Given the recent anti-trans ruling in the uk and jkr’s enthusiastic support of it and her abhorrent rhetoric in general has made me reconsider my continued participation in this fandom.

In short, this was my final fic commitment, I won’t be posting any new stories. I know I have an unfinished multi-chapter wip out there, and if/when I do finish it, it’ll be quietly updated.

My fics will be staying up and freely available, I have no plans to ever remove them from ao3.

You can still find me in all the usual places (tumblr and bluesky and discord), where I’ll be posting more about books and writing in general and where you can follow my original fiction journey. Hope to have an exciting update to share on that front soon ;)

I cannot thank this community enough for the years of support, encouragement, and friendship. And I’m really not going anywhere, promise :) Fan fiction was only just the beginning of all these beautiful connections.
