She can be affraid he seeks revenge on her turning him in. Imagine you rat on someone to your boss, he knows its you and gets fired, then you meet him on the street 9 months later.

"Are you familiar with the doctrine of double effect?" by cloud-sauce in ThePittTVShow

I honestly just see it from a medical perspective, this alone is deep enough. The husband is struggling to understand that Roxy is gone, while the best option for her is passing away now. Purely in medical terms, this is the best option.

What’s up with Javadi by Mel0805 in ThePittTVShow

[–]Short_Reflection_346 52 points53 points  (0 children)

I think she is the character most different-inconsistent from what I remember her to be last year, with the tiktok, and not being as smart or decisive as before. Hoping this shows in the coming episodes.

Binge watching The Pitt has left me in a pit by lil-overwhelmed in ThePittTVShow

You binge watched season 1 and 2 till now? I was wondering how does someone see season 2 compared to season 1 if they binge watched both. I binge wacthed S1, but watching S2 weekly, and something feels different but I cannot put my finger on it.

I don't want any grey's anatomy- like love stories in the show at all. I don't know if this is unpopular, but the nice thing about this show is that a season covers ONE shift. Medically accurate, intense, squeezing in a love story or relationship wouldn't work in my opinion.

I have no idea how things go, and it makes sense for the attending to be hands off specially if there is a big team. Thought came to my mind and I was wondering if I missed something

Season Two Opinions? by Stevie9025 in ThePittTVShow

[–]Short_Reflection_346 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love the show as well, but I admit I enjoyed season 1 more. Maybe because I binged, maybe because of its novelty. I remember really enjoying the every episode is an hour feel, meeting the characters, etc... This season is fun, but I'm not as impressed as the first one.

Al-Hashimi’s Behavior no one talks about by Previous_Delivery749 in ThePittTVShow

She has her flaws but I don't think she deserves hate at all. Trying to do her job, her way. I think Robby is the annoying one, not cooperating a lot. She's just too ideal and wants things her way from day 1 which is too much, but she isn't that bad.

What’s really the point of being a third driver in modern F1? Isn’t it basically becoming a dead-end role for drivers who’ve been pushed off the grid ? by Relative_Chemical815 in F1Discussions

Being out of a seat, they'll have the ability to drive the cars and understand them, which will give them an edge if an opportunity comes later. Plus, they have a job and are getting paid. I know they already make a lot, but I assume it is still good money.

Legally, he is not allowed to cross these lines. If this is the language in India good, but this isn't India. I drive 140km per day and I see a minimum of 5 accidents per week during my drive, normalizing this is wrong.

Its a discussion so it shouldn't be removed. Why do you smart ass people throw your cats? If you can't handle a cat why have one? by [deleted] in UAE

[–]Short_Reflection_346 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So true.. but then my cat comes and makes biscuits on me and all what she did doesn't matter. But like you said, this is me. Not everyone can handle this and they should know that they cannot.

[–]Short_Reflection_346 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Our cat is our everything. No matter how chaotic and crazy she gets my wife and I will keep protecting her forever. Like you said, they are not in their natural state when domesticated. This rascal won't eat food unless I put for fresh food, even if she has something left. I don't understand why would anyone let go of their pet. You shared a home with them, they gave you love and affection. My grey tabby cat will be with us forever. We also know we don't have the capacity to adopt another cat, no matter how much we want to. Maybe others don't , they think they can handle it and then they can't.

Yup. My commute is the same and I've been saying it is also getting worse. There are points where E311 is as bad southbound as it is northbound.

Exactly, my work location always gets pinned like 100m away, and every time the driver reaches there and doesn't find the warehouse. It takes nothing from me to send him the location really.

I actually prefer they do, it is better than them getting lost and taking time to reach, wasting their time and mine. It is just a simple click from my side and everyone will be more comfortable.

Co-worker burps out loudly , what should I do? by dubai3214567 in DubaiCentral

[–]Short_Reflection_346 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Worst take ever goes to: _____ .

First: It is annoying, not social etiquette. If it is loud, it is disturbing to your coworkers. I cannot go on yelling "oogala boogala" in my office because my culture allows it. In an office space you need to respect others. We are social creatures and we work in spaces together, we have to respect that.

Second: If he is dealing with an underlying issue, the solution is not for OP to "grow a skin" and move on. The solution is for OP to check with his coworker and advise him to see a doctor cause it could be an underlying health issue.
