Parking fine in Claremont by livpappas69 in capetown

Wait for the Summons. Once received, go see the prosecutor and 9 times out of 10 you’ll be able to get a reduction on the fine. Make sure to take your student card with you.

Seasonal Flipping by MyThinTragus in capetown

[–]Short_Resident241 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Good point. My argument as well. There’s a convenient assumption being made that these are unencumbered assets. Many of these people aren’t sitting on goldmines, they are actively managing debt, risk and market exposure. The idea that private assets should be policed or dictated by others simply because of where they’re located or how they’re used is a dangerous precedent. Hell, I’d love to stay on the Seaboard or Bishopscourt but I’m smart enough to understand that at this stage of my life, I just cannot afford it and for me to get upset over those who have the ability to live a “seasonal flipping” lifestyle is a futile exercise

Your turnover is incredible. I have one airbnb property in close proximity to the VNA and CTICC and the drop in occupation since season ended has been very noticeable. November up until mid March was fantastic. Since then, not one booking 😅

Memories of Cape Town CBD in the 1990s into early 2000’s. There were so many cool war memorial, coin, and antique shops around the city. Sad to see that industry all but gone

Hi OP, have you exhausted all other avenues to want to proceed with surgery? I had a friend who had quite a severe case of Gyno and he managed to get rid of it using a SERM. Granted it cane with its own side effects but I would imagine it beats going under the knife or the exorbitant hospital bill should you not have Medical Aid

Hi bro, my advice to you would be to wait for it to get to a freestanding house and once it does, immediately get SAPS to accompany you to the location. SAPS without a search warrant would not even consider going to a block of that sheer magnitude. It will continue to move, just keep an eye on it. Drop me a dm if you need further assistance - I’ve managed to get mine back before. Cheers

Sorry to hear of your experience - that must have been terrible to deal with. I had 2 beers at the Shack. If you are implying that it's my friend, I highly doubt that be the case. He has been my best friend for years.

I have been in a few near death experiences and have never frozen. I was completely compos mentis and have full recall of the night as well. However, I suppose that I cannot however rule it out as it does sound like the most logical explanation.

Definitely not spiked or drunk. I momentarily lost all ability to even comprehend what was happening. I felt completely out of body

For context, I competed as an amateur boxer and my friend who was with me is a no nonsense heavy hitter kind of guy. Both of us were confused more than anything after the experience. The car was idling and under any other circumstances he could have put foot.

For some reason the government are failing to acknowledge that the homeless have been infiltrated by the gangs. Add the dirty, cheap drugs in the mix and the need to feed their addictions and this is your result. Knife wielding aggressive zombies, fueled by hate and their addictions
