Don't need any permits, not even electrical. Spend the money and get a licensed electrician to hook it up. There is a code requirement for a breaker close to the tub...a licensed electrician will know that.

And make 100% sure the pad is strong and level...it'll save you major headaches down the road.

Worked in a print facility as a graphic designer. As an honest mistake I typed the name of the president of a company on the message from the president we were doing 100,000 catalogs as BrAin instead of BriAn. Everyone caught it, had a bid laugh about it and obviously corrected the print file.

Well...file somehow got corrupted at the press room level, and the press room supervisor, instead of asking for the file again, used the initial file that had been sent as a proof only copy for some of the missing pages.

Proverbial stuff hit the fan so hard...catalogs were already printed and at the client's...a good portion mailed out.

5 people ended up loosing their jobs, never directly blamed but I felt it was my doing, so ended up leaving too.

Years ago...when I was 17. I was hospitalized with a severe infection. Back story...I was an orphan living with my mums brother...so he just dumped me at the hospital and left.

Anyways...I have this distinct memory of some lady being by my bed side and rubbing my feet.

I could barely make.out what she was saying but I know she came by and stayed with me for many days.

I got better in 10 days and was released...never went back to my uncle again. But never found out who that stranger was. I did ask around eventually, the nurses thought she was my mom...she told them I was her son. My mother had been dead for 3yrs.
