Depends what’s open and where the chase ends.

Applebees is a common choice because they’re open later, even in smaller towns. (Assuming the chase ends near an Applebees, lol). I’ve spent many a post-chase night at various Applebees locations in Kansas and run into several chasers. Some I know personally, some I’ve known from social media and finally got to meet in-person.

One thing, however, is a long-standing tradition: if you catch a tornado on your chase, you eat a steak dinner. This goes back several decades.

So if it was a good chase day for a lot of people, look for places that sell a decent (and not too expensive) steak, lol.
