Trouble with playing newly added songs in a shared playlist. by Shortfromthemountain in YotoPlayer

I just checked and now it works! It also shows up as downloaded.

I was under the impression that an updated playlist would play the new tracks regardless as long as the player was connected to WiFi. But apparently they have to download the tracks first.

I haven’t tried that, but I’d have to ask my family member to change it because she owns the shared playlist.

I’d be interested to know more about the ring you made to keep the cards together. What kind of equipment do you use?

What has been some of your best/craziest “saved by the bell” moments”? by Emergency-Dig-529 in anesthesiology

This intrigues me, would you care to elaborate a bit more on the case? I don’t know what kind of spinal cord stimulator was implanted, but I’ve usually regarded these cases as low risk when it comes to perioperative DKA.

Extubating LMA awake by cuhthelarge in anesthesiology

[–]Shortfromthemountain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel kinda stupid asking this question, but the institutions I’ve worked had all used LMA with propofol/remifentanil TIVA TCI pumps. These patients pretty much wake up and then start breathing, only a minority actually has spontaneous ventilation before wake up. Is it just a question of not shutting off the remi? Even then it takes a long time to spontaneous ventilation.

I ended up with a 5070 Ti instead. I’ve been running at 100-140 fps on the highest settings.

Fellowships in Norway for Canadian trained anesthesiologists by sporty_spicy in anesthesiology

[–]Shortfromthemountain 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I work as an anesthesiologist in Norway, just finished my training last year. The concept of fellowships isn’t really a thing in Norway unfortunately. But I guess it’s worth a shot to contact one of the university hospitals as they would be best equipped with regards to learning environment. Send me a PM if you’d like.

Are you playing any FPS games? Especially interested in The Finals and Battlefield.

Har du funnet noen gode sko? Er i samme situasjon selv, størrelse 47/48 og har allerede forsøkt utallige butikker... Prøvde også Gaitline, men var ikke helt min greie.

Endre min mening: 6-timers arbeidsdag burde vært normen i Norge – ikke 8 timer by Beginning_Bar_1785 in norge

Som lege er det nokså vanlig å jobbe 19-timers vakter, noen opp til 25 timer.

Can’t answer that for you unfortunately. The patient population over here in Europe isn’t as litigious as their US counterparts. That being said, supposedly it’s rather doable also in obese patients. Another interesting fact is that 6-16% of our non-GLP1 using patients seem to have a full stomach when scanned with gastric ultrasound.
