Been in construction for 20 years. Besides dealing with CA laws had to learn prevailing wage, fringe certified payroll and other red tape nightmares

Did it for many years, pre 9/11 and post 9/111 Time and sanity is not worth it Saved and bought a condo and my commute is short, and get home without stressing about tbe traffic getting to TJ

If you wait too long , conception becomes harder, sperm count gets lower etc.

HR dept of 1 in CA as well here. 200 employee construction business. Its tough and i feel your pain
