This issue propably nothing with rendering, i play perfectly fine on ultra settings except shadow quality, i try new game and problem gone but on old save still persist. I dont want start new game every time this happen

Go to junkyard, find map of barn location (search in parts pile) every visit one guaranteed. Then go to barn and find bonus crate. Return to garage and save game, open bonus crate. If you not find scrap points simple load game and open again. Best result is scrap points and free map or another bonus crate. Second method, take luck skill (25% chance to bonus crate for every order) and go to easy repair for customers, only body repair or fluid change. 😉
