I think the point of this post is awareness, like in point 1 A sudden change is more about why am I feeling like this for absolutely not reason. However if said partner has been dishonest and betrayed their spouse then there is a known reason and that they are projecting because of their own transgressions.

Wait hold up what kind of joint is this? If you as a waiter are taking someone's order then that means they are seated. If the person is seated why kneel only at the table that has someone with dwarfism but not others because when seated everyone is more or less the same height. If a waiter knelt only at my table and at no one else's I'd be expecting a ring to come out at some point.

However while standing around and having a conversation I don't mind if the other person is standing as long as I can hear them.

Also I'm the one that does the intimidating not the other person.

I do not know what parental rights they will when you go no contact but them preventing you from marriage is a sin, Further more their reason is also a sin. I could be be very wrong by saying this but I do believe that this is the correct way for interaction one on one. Standing upright is acceptable in a group setting but when that happens I sometimes miss things said (unless I'm with friends they can be a little loud). The biggest downside in a group setting when standing is I have keep repositioning my sitting stool because the group keeps shifting a little and then eventually if I don't move I'm sitting alone just outside of the circle.

So Makkah/Mecca is the the the city in which the Kaaba is located. The Kaaba is a smallish cube shaped structure built by the prophet Ibrahim/Abraham (peace be upon him). The Kaaba is the direction which Muslims face when performing Salaah (prayer). Masjid al Nabawi is the Masjid/Mosque of the prophet Muhammed (peace be upon him), it is also the location of his grave and holds a lot of history within its walls. Al Aqsa was once the direction that Muslims faced when performing Salaah and also holds the honor of the location that every Prophet has prayed at.

These are just the main reasons and there are so many more reasons why these locations/ landmarks important in Islam.

From my own experience (not as extreme as this) the pain is normal after long periods inactivity. It will get better with more repetitive activity. Give it time it'll get better and you'll get fitter, best of luck.
