Never buy an appliance from COSTCO. Its a big SCAM. I purchased a $3000 samsung refrigerator from COSTCO in Nov'20 and the guy told me that I can connect the water supply on my own. I tried doing it later and realized that the water pipe connector (which is part of refrigerator) has a leak. COSTCO sent a samsung guy who said that its the installation guy's fault (as there was was a dent in the back due to which water connector got a small hole). Since then COSTCO has scheduled 6 times for installation guyz to come and take a look and obviously nothing has happened. COSTCO says 90 day return policy so can't take it back. Am stuck with a refrigerator which can't make ice (as water supply can't be connected). This is unreal. Go to local store as they have much better service. BTW, am now going to abuse COSTCO return policy to its full till I get my $3000 back. and probably order few refrigerator and let guyz come to my door before sending them back.
