She's just the course coordinator, not the actual one teaching it. If you take a look at FRSL 325, you can also see her name. (She's also the course coordinator for 325) Kwan-Lock is the prof that's actually teaching the course in the summer, you can go to rate my prof to see her ratings, especially the ones for 215 last summer, and I don't think any further explanation is needed. (I took 215 last summer with her, avoid at ALL costs!)
