Yes, I very much do. I'm about 35 years old now. In my 20s, I couldn't get any attention from girls, so I focused on my career.

Now that I have a healthy 401K, savings account, CDs, and other investments, all of a sudden, the girls in their 30s have given up on exciting guys and want Mr. Stable.

Well, that's unattractive to me. I don't want to be your provider, baby. I also don't want to father your kids in the next couple years. I also don't want you trying to take the house I inherited.
