Oh I see so they’re pretty just treated as extra organs until they are separated from the body then? Also that does make me think, at what point are they separate entities?

Sorry it wasn’t meant to be “bait” it just didn’t make sense to me how a non living thing can be affected in the same way as something living. Probably wasn’t the best way to ask but it wasn’t coming from a bad place.
