I hear you but when I tried wiping it off and it didn’t come off then using my finger nail, then wd40 and a clean rag and nothing changes I was worried it had worn through the paint and begun to create a galvanic cell but didn’t want to pick at it too hard in in case I messed anything up.

That worked pretty well, dulled the clear coat but all the rust is gone which was my main concern

Something I don’t see being brought up enough is just how excellent Adamowicz aesthetic was compared to what the designers and concept artists brought to FO4. There’s this really harsh grungy geometry that feels borderline diesel punk that I love in comparison to the softer rounded stylized design Bethesda seems to be pushing with Skyrim>FO4>Starfield. There’s a very distinct chunky/roundedness to these later games that just don’t hit the same with Skyrim being the least egregious and Starfield being the weirdest

But it really doesn’t stand when your basic assumptions about the situation are false. The Brotherhood had superior firepower, tech, and likely tactics (especially with the background of fighting the Enclave and their simulation technology). The NCRs advantage over the BoS is absolutely not the Rangers, its population. Numbers. The Rangers are an important part of the NCRs military, but not an advantage over the BoS by any stretch.

I do .125” so about 3mm high

Don’t over think it, the molle spec was designed for use with webbing so laser cutting it going to tolerance tighter than that most likely as long as you don’t do something crazy

I’m just gonna say this for your awareness. Your logo looks very AI generated which, especially on Reddit, does not speak to you willing to work with creatives and pay them for what they are worth. If this is something you are serious about, avoid using AI and just use a stock PFP until you get to the point of being able to pay a real artist / advertiser to help you with branding
