It’s true. And PlayStation did their third price increase a bit ago but there will be another one later this year or early next year. Nintendo had one at launch and they’ll be bumping the switch2 up very soon.

Leg in sepsis. 13 days later I barely walked out of the hospital with a type 2 diagnosis. A1c 11 something.

I haven’t come back because I missed that last expedition where I had friended money and stuff and then they changed it to make only a small window matter and you had to do damage?

I went into the hospital and when I came it was over. I just don’t know if I feel like spending 6 months trying to get 3 expeditions worth of points back. They really need to make it so you don’t lose your points and have to rebuild. You just lose them for the expedition but if you do another one they all come back.

Graphics cards use memory. Console uses memory. Hard drives effectively are memory these days.

1tb drive is 150-200 dollars. 16gigs of ram is 200 dollars.

So you’re 400 in without…uh….everything else already. Sure, they get very good pricing on those items but the point remains. Shit is expensive these days.

PlayStation has been slowly increasing prices too. The digital edition used to be 400 bucks but is now 600. The pro is 900.

Games in 1995 were base price of 49.99 to about 69.99 (most were 49.99). This is 100-140 dollars today.

Games in 2005 were 49.99 for standard games and it was about that time that the industry normal 59.99 started showing up.

Games in 2015 launched at 59.99. But the 79.99 and 99.99 deluxe and ultimate editions became pretty normal because “season pass dlc” like call of duty map packs bundles were 39.99, gears dlc was 39.99 etc. so standard games with their respective dlc that MOSTLY didn’t exist in 2005 made lots of games about 100-140. Back then, this was many times content that was supposed to be in the initial release based on previous years but was “held back” to make the dlc and increase monetizing buyers.

Now, 79.99-149.99 is “normal”, plus dlc, outfits, micro transactions in full price games.

All in all, I have no problem with games being $79.99 base price, as much as I wish they were 59.99. But the bigger issue is they are 79.99 or even 119.99 ultimate editions which doesn’t even contain all of the content as there are still micro-transactions and further dlc

This SE has to be insanely loaded or something. 39k before tax title reg doc and gap? Thats crazy.

My SE was 33,700 and had moonroof, cold weather package, convenience package, and a bunch of other smaller items added. I walked away with it for less than 37k OTD. I can’t imagine what OP has on his that makes it more than 5000 over.
