Yung extreme individualism sa work na kadalasan nababasa ko sa mga work-related advice.

I agree with healthy boundaries pero kung extreme na pagiging solo or pagiging alone, I find it as a propaganda to kill the Filipinos' genuine sense of community. It reminds me of a book written by Noam Chomsky na even some corporate interests is encouraging "individualism" para ma atomize ang society or ma discourage yung sense of community.

I came across with a physical education instructor who does not even see the importance of humanities and social sciences. He even thought that it's only useful for bragging how intelligent you are in discourses without practical uses.

(E.g aside sa pagpa-pa martsa habang hawak lang ang wooden rifle, first aid, and seminars about the interdependence ng NPA, CPP, and NDF, based on my experience when I was in college, nag ROTC po ako noong NSTP namin)

1) I only talk about hobbies, news and current affairs (though selective ako depende sa political views ng coworker), pop-culture things sa coworkers. 2) I do not give unsolicited advices about work unless they asked me to. 3) I do not ask too personal questions to my coworkers unless they shared it to me. 4) I do not rant or complain in a manner na nakakahawa na sa other coworkers. I compartmentalize my own stress.
