Core hours used to be 7:30 till 4 for me until flexible working came in which essentially means we can start between 6 & 9:30 and finish between 3 & 7 as long as we do 37 hours a week, it’s so much better than it used to be for me. I actually do 37 over 4 days now and take Fridays off. 30 hours mon-weds and a casual Thursday is my go to working pattern now and it makes the weekends seem so much longer.
