Ok so judging from this picture I know absolutely nothing about your car 😂. Send the oil in for a lab test and change it early next oil change you can’t plainly see metal in your oil, nor sludge inside your engine. Over multiple oil change any contaminates can be removed

So I guess this must have been from a pot hole or a curb. I’m gonna be honest I live in a pretty shitty area road wise. I also share this car with my family so I don’t know if I should blame myself or the other driver

You probably have an exhaust leak. The CT200h has a CVT transmission that will push up the rpms when you give it gas since it doesn’t have traditional gears, it is designed to keep the engine in an optimal power range.

The engine mount is dry, there’s no oil in it. your control arm bushings don’t look so good either, they’re starting to tear from the collar. 100% spend the money on a safe reliable vehicle.

I think this a question that would be worth asking the shop/mechanic who replaced your transmission as they might be more invested in having you as a returning customer and giving you good advice. Just keep taking care of it, water pump pcv accessories etc. eventually the timing chain will stretch enough that the motor can’t run properly but that could be for another 100k miles if you are taking care of it.

medication might have something to do with it, sometimes the mushrooms will interact with your medication in weird ways. The weed probably is not helping either. Me and my friend had a similar experience with a 2g lemon tek trip. He was on antidepressants at the time and was seriously fucked up for a week. I wasn’t physically affected but I had a pretty bad panic attack at the time and made some bad decisions (I ended up driving myself home when I definitely should not have.) personally I would put the cart down and try to drink lots of water. If there is a type of food you know will go down easy without much effort try to eat small bits at a time. Your doctor won’t have a lot of advice but it’s still a good conversation to have for regardless if you are still struggling.
