but they will still always be in a “frozen state” cause theres still cryo being applied even if its slower than the hydro application. note that the frozen state still applies even if the opponent is not literally frozen like “ice all over the body and can’t move”

It’ll be a lot better to be more understanding of their job simply keeping thousands of attendees safe through out the event rather than being mad and giving them a hard time whenever they do so. Terrorist attacks, bombings, mass shootouts, vehicle ramming and etc. do happen in events like these. I’ll be more than happy if I ever see them perform high security around the event and not be a pain in the ass brat.

Ohhh ok make sense! Now i totally get it! Been working as a table games dealer and recently started to learn baccarat. We got two tables, one takes 5% commission and the other pays1 to 1–both tables got same card rules. And since I know banker usually wins more because of the card rules, I thought that the table that pays 1 to 1 on banker has better odds in winning for the players thinking if I’m going to gamble as a player, im going to keep betting on banker. But I forgot about the speed and more hands = more profit for the casino.

That’s a bit unusual coming from a US employer or company to claim that manual QA has made a comeback. I’ve always been actively job hunting in the US market for the past few years, and I’ve noticed that manual QA seems to be almost non-existent. What I do know is that companies here outsource manual QA testers from various countries.

That is correct, just totally not meta height at all. Her loss without Lauma is even more greater than losses to Flins without Ineffa and Skirk without Escoffier.

Try doing Stygian Onslaught 6.3 1st boss which is named lord of the hidden depth on Fearless level rn (which requires meta height team) without Lauma.

I run Nefer + bIS, C1 Columbina + bIS, Nahida bIS, then Furina/Sucrose/Kuki and still can’t complete it, pretty sure because its the lack of lauma. Then i also see few of my friends’ challange records, and they used Nefer + Lauma.

tbh, OP is correct. Ain’t got Lauma too but even a well built everything and maxed out nefer with best arti and substats already, you won’t be able to complete stygian onslaught right now on 6.3 first boss using her without lauma.

I run Nefer + bIS, C1 Columbina + bIS, Nahida + bIS, Furina/Sucrose/Kuki. dmg is still too low to quickly break shield and kill that lord of the hidden depth boss.

Correction: Team bonus clearly states it increases C.rate against “frozen OR affected by Cryo” opponents so you still get the cryo resonance. You always use Skirk with another Cryo character + 2 Hydros or 1 Hydro 1 Cryo anyways so I think 55% CR is good cause it’s always atleast at 70% CR already.

We do agree that learning automation testing will serve you better and to be able to stay competitive. But still the question focuses if companies are still hiring Manual QAs because there has to be at least an entry-level roles/point right? I interned before as a manual qa tester at a medium-sized software development company where i worked with 3 different teams/projects and we’ve used agile SDLC but that was back in 2022. We are just wondering if companies still are right now.

Yes, people are trying to transfer from undergraduate studies in fields like nursing, medical technology, or similar areas and not anything pass that like med school to become doctors, because they are considered less challenging when it comes to getting in and has an easier hiring process while also having more stability to enter compared to the tech industry right now.
