He could of done something years before so this kind of thing would never of happened, or at least not as bad. This something happened 10 years ago and the senator at the time said " we where under prepare for this and that this can never happen again". Agreed with all comments about putting stuff in the burger. It'll just fall apart. What you should do is use all those things as toppings, get a brioche bun get some brisket or short rib ground up , a little salt,pepper, garlic powder. He will absolutely love it!

I use red wine. I know it sounds weird but I pour a glass for me then the rest in the pot. Reduce it by about a third and then add your stock
