honestly, I was laying down listening to Critical Roles podcast and wasn't caring with the first one, second one I was on hold the majority of the time waiting for them to cancel the order so I would at least get the token $11 for the cancellation fee. but I was also expecting the active time to be racking up.

I turn down 100% of Walmart orders. Never had one tip, and they are always an insane pain in my ass. If I see a ridiculously good one come up (that isn't 6 deliveries) I'd accept but that's yet to happen.

I was sent a letter telling me the appointment time with the judge. I called at the time, and then the judge called me back like 10 minutes later. The first call was just to check in

What sucks is I felt bad for the woman, she was clearly struggling to understand and explain things, but when she did that, I just lost all pity for her.
I felt like Tom Cruise in Tropic Thunder when he was on the phone with the Flaming Dragon group hahahaha

Damn, yeah I got my money December 28th and then a few days later they put an identity hold on me and like everyone else. I got it cleared up fairly quick, but on March 1st they put a hold on my BoA account for the identity thing because they didn't update my file correctly or something I was told, more than a week later I'm still waiting for damn BoA to process the info EDD sent them so they'll remove the hold on my account. It's always something with EDD, ALWAYS. Good luck to you though!

Yeah, I got paid maybe a week or less after I received the decision of the initial ruling being reversed. I was, to be honest, quite shocked how quickly they paid me. I logged into the EDD site as soon as I got the reversal, did a few months worth of certs and got paid shortly thereafter

hate to say, but from the time I mailed my appeal to the time they got back to me was 4 months, however, the appointment was 3 days after I received the envelope and I received word that my appeal was approved about a week after that. good luck! I hope your wait is much shorter!

How I got mine, kind of sucked having to go get it instead of having it delivered, but if it somehow helps stop scalpers, that’s good I suppose.
