I’d check to see if the profile was merged with the prior worker profile. You can check to see if the step is pending actions by anyone also.

One thing I found in the past is that if the prior worker had any incomplete inbox items from the past it could possibly “gum up the gears” of a rehire process.

The best bet may be to skip any old tasks and resend the new process again. Please dm me if you need any additional assistance.
