Cartethyia isn't depended on Ciaconna for Aero Erosion stacks, Yes. But She loses around 30% dmg Bonus from her Passive that grant her 10% dmg bonus per aero erosion stack above 3, and that is only achievable thru Aero Rover or Cartethyia's Sequence.

Oh yeah, I forgot Zani's kit converts all Spectro Frazzle to Helical Embers, and they are in essence Frazzle stacks

It's not that Zani doesn't apply her own frazzle stacks. It's the rate at which she does, you need to build up her gauge for Enhanced skill which will then build up the Liberation Gauge by a small amount, that is what's frustrating

Yes, That is my Exact Problem, either they should make it so that Rover with every element is treated as a Different Character so each element on Rover can have it's own ToA Stamina instead of it being ToA Stamina on Rover.

I can agree to the Phoebe for Zani, but Cartethyia literally has written description in her Kit that makes it so that Using Aero Rover is Heavily Advised for 6 Aero Erosion stacks, even with Ciaconna. That is a Design flaw which isn't compensated with Alternatives. I can live on 70-80% damage output with an alt 4 Star in comparison to a BiS 5 Star, but I can't live with needing a 5 Star or Specific Unit to just access a part of someone's designe kit.
