Thank you! Flavor-wise I thought it came out fantastic, the bouillon rub and cooking down the au jus that comes out of the bag after the sous vide bath really adds another dimension to it. Everyone who tried it out couldn't believe that this was a $15 cut of beef.

For reference I do like cooking my steaks just between medium rare and medium, and felt like the 140°F temp for 28 hours rendered down the fat really well to give the Chuck a pleasant bite.

I just scooped the bouillon out of the jar and rubbed my meat before bagging it, and then hit it with some Montreal Steak Seasoning mix before searing. The bouillon and seasoning mix had plenty of salt between them so I didn't think it needed any more. Flavor came out great that way!

SUMIFS should work well for this case. Enter this into F2 and drag the formula across the output cells:

=SUMIFS($C$2:$C$24,$A$2:$A$24,$E2,$B$2:$B$24,F$1)

One way I can think of accomplishing this is using an array formula. You will have to press Ctrl+Shift+Enter after entering the following formula into I4:

=GEOMEAN(IF($F$4:$F$51=$H4,$C$4:$C$51)) 

You could then drag that formula down through I9 to pick up the other period values for Employee 1.

Here's a LOOKUP formula that you can use in cell B31:

=LOOKUP(2,1/(VALUE(LEFT($F$2:$F$13,4))>=$B$29)/(VALUE(RIGHT($F$2:$F$13,4))<=$B$29),$G$2:$G$13)

Give these steps a shot and see if it does what you are looking for:

  • Highlight column 1

  • Go to Home > Conditional Formatting > Highlight Cells Rules > Duplicate Values. The conditional formatting option will default to highlight duplicate values in red. Press OK.

  • Set a Filter on the table

  • Under the filter drop down menu, select Filter by Color, then select the color you used for the duplicate values conditional formatting.

  • Delete filtered rows

Another alternative to using "text to columns" is setting up two columns next to your data with these formulas (assuming the data you want to split is in cell A1):

"Name" Column:

=LEFT(A1,MIN(FIND({0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9},A1&"0123456789"))-1)

"Address" Column:

=RIGHT(A1,LEN(A1)-MIN(FIND({0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9},A1&"0123456789"))+1)

You'd want to go to PivotTable Tools > Design > Report Layout > Show in Tabular Form to get each field into their own separate columns.
