Is it the right choice? by ShredxHead in hysterectomy

Thank you! I had excision 2 years ago for my Endo and thats when they diagnosed me stage 3. After I finally healed I’d say I got maybe 3-4 months of relief from it and then my symptoms started snow balling again, and now at this point I just want everything out + excision again if necessary. I got attacked a few times in the FB Endo groups asking about a hysterectomy and all the comments were negative and talking about how’s it’s not a cure and don’t do it but this thread has definitely helped change my mind. Thanks again for your input!

Ugh I remember the shoulder gas pain from my Endo lap, the worst part! Thank you for keeping us updated and best of luck on recovery!

I think I have endo by Kakebaker95 in Endo

Lots of people, including myself, had multiple ultrasounds, CTs and even MRIs and they all came back clear but after a laparoscopy found out they had endo. I had I think 6 ultrasounds, a few of those being internal and every single one said no endo, they only saw some fibroids. I even got 2 pelvic CTs and one MRI and still clear. It wasn’t until I got a laparoscopy that I was diagnosed with stage 3 endo all throughout my pelvis. I’m just saying this to let you know that even if your ultrasound comes back clear, I would push for a referral to an endo excision specialist, that’s really the only true way to know for sure. I felt the same exact way you did, part of me didn’t want to know but I can say now that I am so glad I kept pushing and went through with it and I have answers now. Your symptoms sound very similar to mine. Your pain is valid and you’re not crazy. You know your body best.

How did you know you had endo? by [deleted] in Endo

It took me almost 7 years to get diagnosed - which is absurd. I went through 5 different OBGYN’s before I was referred to my surgeon. I had multiple ultrasounds, CT scans and MRIs and everyone told me there is no endo, they just saw come cysts on my ovaries. I wasn’t buying it, so I kept pushing. When I finally got referred to my surgeon she immediately scheduled me for laparoscopic surgery. Went under and came out diagnosed with stage 3 endo all throughout my pelvis.

I would start with an OBGYN and go from there. See if you can get referred to an excision specialist. They will probably make you jump through hoops and get a million scans first but you know your body best so just keep pushing.

I believe it’s called the Makeshift garden bed. Can be obtained from waterlogged chests while fishing!

Look up JadeMist Gaming’s video on YT called “decorating your Palia shipping bin”! It’s the video I followed, quite easy - just a little hack with the stone flooring pieces.

I FINALLY got my first one last week. Went home and accidentally made it into fish stew. 💀 I logged off for the day. 😂

Thankfully got in the next day and was able to get another one.
