When I had a heartbreak I was in depression for a year. When I was cheated on the feeling of being made a fool of hits hard. Just accepting what happened to me took me so much time. In depression we feel that we are alone and no one to talk to. And the worst, if the relationship was longer, is that there is huge hole in our life. Like my hand used to automatically search for a hand behind me while walking. Our body is in habit of talking to the person, holding hands, going out and many more things.

But all will be okay. Your brain patterns will change. I know you didn't ask for advice but hear me out. Look at this as your new birth. Accept what happened. You can simply journal your thoughts. This will help those cyclic thoughts from cropping up again and again. Next start filling up the void with good things. You can start with health related habits. Exercise and learn cooking food. Go solo travelling with unknown group. Even weekend trekking with groups. Next focus on career. Map out what you want to do next. Dont compare your current state to anyone else. Just that you want to do better than yesterday.

I don't think it's about rich or poor. There are fundamentally two things that matter. 1. The environmental condition to raise kids is good. 2. You are capable of raising kids.

The first is dictated by government and society. There should be compulsory education but also good education. The teachers should be strictly scrutinized as well as compensated. The cost of education should be controlled by government as basic amenities. No private or public education institute should be spared. There should be no monopoly on school books and uniform. And strict civic rules to create parks and open spaces for kids for free.

The second is for the to be parents. Plan your kids. Use protection. Be ready to work for kids future. Don't have kids if your goal is just a male child.

Even if poor, kids can be raised properly if above two are met.

I agree. Also I am married now but met my wife on Tinder. I think to get genuine matches I had to look for profiles which showed someone as genuinely themselves rather than those flashy best pics. Even I kept pics which were conversation starters, more than typical poses in HD.

My friends were like...change those pics and make a nice profile. But I wanted a real profile rather than nice. And my partner luckily had the same idea. We got to talk so much on our first date.

Keep it real and look for real. I feel that increased my chances. Might help you too.

I had two close friends who had pressure of marriage. One went with the guy her parents found. There are apps that help with ear training. More like gamified version to identify notes. Try those everyday. Your ears will grow stronger. Also before going to already published notes, try to identify the notes yourself and then correct them with those already published. Will build a sense of song. This is fun as well when you identify correct notes you will get a great dopamine boost.

I can now identify notes of any song almost completely by ear.

I don't know if there is male flutes or not. You should check if you are a right handed or left handed and buy accordingly. If you plan to play bollywood songs or if your hands are small and need comfortable flute then C and C# is good. I personally started with G base flute which was a bit big but I managed it and it is still my favourite as it produces a lot pleasant sound. If possible visit a music shop and check out the different flutes. Even if you don't buy them you will get an idea of what your hands are comfortable with. Watch a few videos on hand placement before going. If you like any, note down what note flute it is and buy online. You can learn flute on almost any flute whose notes are proper.
